Reservations & Booking
Reservations are confirmed once the following are received:
- Completed rental agreement
- Required deposit
- Event details including location and service dates
Silverleaf Amenities reserves the right to decline reservations if site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for equipment placement.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Remaining balances are typically due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process.
Late payments may result in cancellation or delayed service.
Delivery, Setup & Removal
Silverleaf Amenities will coordinate delivery, setup, servicing (if applicable), and removal according to the agreed schedule.
Clients must ensure the following conditions are met:
- Adequate access for delivery vehicles and trailers
- Safe and level placement area
- Clearance for maneuvering equipment
- Required water and power connections if applicable
If access conditions differ from those described during booking, additional service fees may apply.
Site Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring the event location can safely accommodate the restroom trailer, including:
- Firm, level ground capable of supporting trailer weight
- Adequate clearance for delivery vehicles
- Proper electrical and water connections if required
Silverleaf Amenities is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- Inadequate power supply
- Insufficient water access
- Site conditions that prevent proper setup
ADA Accessibility
Silverleaf Amenities proudly offers ADA-accessible restroom trailers to support inclusive events. Clients requesting accessibility accommodations should notify us during the reservation process so appropriate equipment can be scheduled.
Use of Equipment
Restroom trailers are intended solely for normal restroom use.
The client agrees to ensure guests do not introduce prohibited items including but not limited to:
- Trash or debris
- Feminine products outside designated receptacles
- Chemicals or foreign objects
- Any materials that may damage plumbing or equipment
Misuse resulting in service disruption or damage may incur additional charges.
Damage & Responsibility
The client assumes responsibility for the restroom trailer during the rental period.
Charges may apply for:
- Damage to equipment
- Vandalism
- Theft
- Excessive cleaning
- Plumbing blockages caused by misuse
Normal wear associated with standard restroom use is expected and not penalized.
Weather & Force Majeure
Silverleaf Amenities is not responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Unsafe site conditions
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative service when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the proximity of the event date.
Deposits may be non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed and equipment has been allocated for the event.

Limitation of Liability
Silverleaf Amenities shall not be held liable for:
- Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment
- Damage caused by guests or third parties
- Service interruptions due to inadequate utilities
- Events outside our reasonable control
Clients assume responsibility for ensuring safe use of restroom facilities during the rental period.
